This East Brunswick center hall colonial will be adding an additional two bedrooms and a dining area for an expanding family.
Kitchen relocation from upstairs to downstairs. Removal of all interior walls and conversion of a bi-level into a center hall colonial. This addition has created large open spaces for entertaining and family gatherings.
These Old Bridge homeowners have upgraded to a country style cape cod and are now enjoying their new front porch and rear deck off of their new family room with a gas powered fireplace. These improvements make any time of the year comfortable and relaxing indoors or out. 
This 100 year old farm house has been stripped down to its bare sheathing. The front porch has been closed to create a new foyer area with clothes closet and powder room. New vinyl siding, new gutters and all windows have been covered with aluminum to make this house young again. It looks great!

They also have included ample storage in their walkable crawl space. A second zoned heating and air conditioning system has been added. New windows and siding will complete this modest home into a grand estate.
This cape's living room has been extended on the first floor, with a spiral staircase to a new master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, walk-in closet, and new attic space for a heating and air conditioning system which supplies the second level of this house. To the left of the new master bedroom, a new dormer has been added to enlarge the existing bedroom. These expansions have created a more prominent appearance to the home.

This house had numerous transitions. A dining room and laundry room leads into a new kitchen where the carport once was. On the right side of the house a new large family room has been created. The existing closets to the lower bedrooms has been relocated, and now a hallway exists to enter the family room where the closets once stood, . In the center of the house where the front door and foyer once stood, the bathroom has been enlarged into that area to create a bathroom with a separate shower and soaking tub with dual sinks to accomodate this large family. Above the new front porch a dormer has been created to house an extra 3/4 bath (shower, toilet, sink). New siding and roof has been installed.
This homeowner is adding on a custom sunroom with easy access into the yard and plenty of windows for the perfect view of the backyard and pool. Also new to this gorgeous addition is a handicap accessible bathroom that includes a large walk-in shower.
